  • JapanCrafts knives come with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or damage resulting from improper care, including inappropriate dishwasher cleaning or improper sharpening.

  • Additional warranties, satisfaction guarantees, or promotional guarantees may apply where expressly stated on individual product pages.

  • This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • JapanCrafts and CENTRAL COMMERCE LIMITED are not responsible for damage resulting from improper, unsafe, or unintended use of our products.

  • Knives are inherently sharp tools and must be handled, stored, and maintained with appropriate care. They should be kept out of reach of children.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CENTRAL COMMERCE LIMITED's liability in connection with a product or order shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
